Abel Ramos is the Sole Director of Powerland Green Energy 2026 S.L., a Spain-based Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) dedicated to the structuring and development of industrial circular energy projects. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Powerland Energy, established in 2017, which constitutes the operational and strategic foundation supporting the development of PGE.
Born in France in 1978, Abel began his career in the French Army (1996–2014), where he developed strong leadership, operational discipline and international coordination capabilities. He subsequently transitioned to the private sector, working with Brink’s in security training and with GMSA in the automotive industry. He later joined Sun’R at its headquarters in Lyon as Commercial Manager under the leadership of Antoine Nogier, where he gained initial expertise in renewable energy and contributed to CRE (French Energy Regulatory Commission) tender projects.
Through his experience with Powerland Energy and Powerland Energy Maghreb, Abel Ramos has developed capabilities in project structuring, international development and commercial coordination across Europe and Africa. As Sole Director of Powerland Green Energy 2026 S.L., he is responsible for governance, strategic direction and the phased development of circular economy and decarbonization projects, ensuring regulatory alignment and long-term value creation for institutional partners and investors.
