Powerland Green Energy oversees the structuring and governance of a portfolio of three industrial circular energy projects developed through dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
Among these assets, the Murcia (Spain) and Braga (Portugal) projects represent the most advanced developments, having reached an advanced pre-industrial stage with consolidated technical, regulatory and financial structuring.
Advanced circular economy project focused on chemical recycling of complex plastic waste streams and the production of certified circular fuels, structured under a Spanish SPV compatible with European public financing instruments.
Integrated industrial platform combining advanced plastic recycling and the production of drop-in circular fuels, fully aligned with the Portuguese PT2030 framework and EU Green Deal objectives.
State-approved integrated energy infrastructure combining a 25 MW base-load steam power plant and an industrial circular fuels facility, developed under a sovereign institutional framework as a longer-term strategic deployment.
Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)
Powerland Green Energy is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) acting as the holding and structuring entity of the Powerland group, dedicated to the governance, coordination and long-term development of industrial circular energy projects.
The SPV provides a robust framework for the development of advanced plastic recycling facilities producing certified circular fuels and high-value by-products, fully aligned with European environmental, energy and circular economy policies.
This governance model ensures clear allocation of responsibilities, project-level risk segregation, regulatory consistency and sustainable long-term value creation for institutional partners and public stakeholders.
Powerland Green Energy operates through a coordinated international presence, supporting project development, industrial operations, and partner relations across key strategic regions.

Powerland Green Energy oversees the structuring and governance of a portfolio of industrial circular energy projects developed through dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Within this portfolio, two European projects located in Portugal and Spain have reached an advanced development stage.
These projects are designed as industrial-scale infrastructures combining advanced chemical recycling of plastic waste and the production of certified circular fuels, in line with European circular economy, waste management and energy transition policies.
Both initiatives are currently progressing through structured pre-investment phases, including technical definition, regulatory alignment, engineering coordination and institutional dialogue, with the objective of reaching investment readiness under European public and semi-public financing frameworks.
The Braga project is structured as an integrated industrial platform focused on the conversion of end-of-life plastic waste into stabilized circular fuels and industrial co-products through advanced chemical recycling processes.
The project is aligned with Portugal’s national circular economy strategy and the PT2030 framework, and is positioned as a reference asset for the deployment of industrial circular fuel infrastructures within the European Union.
The Murcia project represents an advanced pre-industrial circular economy initiative dedicated to the chemical recycling of complex plastic waste streams and the production of certified circular fuels.
The project is structured through a Spanish SPV compatible with national and European public financing instruments supporting innovation, industrial development and the energy transition.
The information presented above relates to projects currently under development and structuring. It does not constitute regulatory approval, a public offer, or any commitment regarding final investment decisions, project timelines or implementation outcomes.
Powerland Green Energy has implemented a dedicated internal development and structuring funding mechanism to support the advancement of its European industrial projects during their pre-investment phases.
This mechanism is exclusively allocated to non-operational activities, including technical studies, engineering coordination, regulatory processes, project structuring and institutional engagement required to progress projects toward investment readiness.
The funding mechanism operates under the governance framework of the group’s Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and is designed to ensure project-level traceability, controlled allocation and alignment with applicable regulatory and institutional standards.
Resources deployed through this mechanism contribute to the progressive maturation of the projects, without constituting project financing, equity participation or operational funding.
