POWERLAND GREEN ENERGY

Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)
Powerland Green Energy is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) acting as the holding and structuring entity of the Powerland group. It is dedicated to the governance, coordination, and long-term structuring of industrial circular energy projects.
The SPV provides a robust framework for the development of advanced plastic recycling facilities producing circular fuels and high-value by-products, in alignment with European environmental, energy, and circular economy policies.
Powerland Green Energy operates in close coordination with Powerland Energy, which remains responsible for project origination, engineering integration, and operational development across Europe and selected international markets, and with strategic partners supporting market access and commercialization.
This governance model ensures clear allocation of responsibilities, project-level risk segregation, regulatory consistency, and sustainable long-term value creation for institutional partners and public stakeholders.
Powerland Green Energy operates through a coordinated international presence, supporting project development, industrial operations, and partner relations across key strategic regions.

Powerland Green Energy is developing two industrial projects in Portugal and Spain dedicated to the chemical recycling of plastic waste and the production of circular fuels. Both projects are conducted within a transparent institutional framework and are aligned with national and European public policies related to circular economy, waste management, and energy transition.
The competent public authorities in Portugal and Spain have been formally informed of the projects, their objectives, and their technological scope. The initiatives have been received within the broader public policy context addressing plastic waste reduction, material recovery, and the promotion of low-carbon solutions.
In this context, the projects are developed through ongoing and constructive dialogue with the relevant public administrations, with the objective of ensuring consistency with applicable regulatory frameworks and long-term public strategies related to environmental protection, circular economy, and industrial innovation.
The Portuguese project is structured as an integrated industrial initiative focused on the valorization of end-of-life plastics through advanced chemical recycling processes. It is positioned within Portugal’s national policy objectives aimed at improving recycling performance, reducing environmental externalities, and supporting energy diversification.
The project has been presented at institutional level and is being developed in alignment with public objectives related to circular economy and sustainable resource management, following a structured development process in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
The Spanish project is developed in parallel as part of a coordinated Iberian strategy. It has been formally communicated to the Spanish authorities and fits within the national framework promoting waste reduction, recycling, and low-carbon economic models.
The initiative is consistent with Spain’s regulatory and policy instruments supporting circular economy practices and sustainable industrial development, and is intended to contribute, over time, to long-term objectives related to material recovery and environmental protection.
These projects are currently under development and structuring. This information is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer, regulatory approval, or any commitment regarding investment decisions, project timelines, or implementation outcomes.
Powerland Green Energy has established a dedicated development funding pool to support the early-stage structuring and advancement of its industrial projects in Portugal and Spain. This mechanism is designed to centralize and allocate resources required during the pre-investment and development phases.
The funding pool is exclusively dedicated to non-operational development activities, including technical studies, regulatory processes, engineering coordination, project structuring, and institutional engagement. It is managed under the governance framework of the group’s Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
Contributions to the development funding pool are intended to support the progressive maturation of the projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, technical standards, and institutional expectations in both jurisdictions.
The use of funds is subject to internal governance rules, project-level traceability, and allocation controls, ensuring transparency and appropriate use in line with the development objectives of each project.
This information is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offering, solicitation, or invitation to invest. Any participation in the development funding pool is conducted on a private and bilateral basis, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
