Powerland Green Energy 2026 S.L. is currently in a pre-industrial development phase (2026–2027), focused on the progressive structuring of its technical framework, regulatory positioning and financial consolidation, in preparation for the future development of its industrial facility in Murcia, Spain.
As part of this phased development approach, the company is progressively structuring its future industrial and technical talent framework to support subsequent project execution and operational phases.
Plant Director – Murcia (Spain)
Location: Murcia, Spain
📅 Timing: Appointment before August 2028 (pre-operational phase)
The Plant Director will be appointed ahead of the industrial commissioning phase, with operational responsibility effective from August 2028.
The role includes preparation of plant operations, structuring of on-site teams and coordination of commissioning readiness.
The Director will play a central role in establishing operational governance, ensuring alignment with industrial performance, safety and regulatory requirements.
Human Resources & Recruitment Lead
Location: Murcia, Spain
📅 Timing: Activation aligned with August 2028 operational phase
The Human Resources function will be progressively activated in alignment with the industrial ramp-up phase.
The role will focus on structuring recruitment processes, onboarding industrial teams and supporting workforce deployment for plant operations.
This function will operate under the supervision of the Plant Director and will be essential to support the transition to full industrial activity.
Industrial Project Manager
Location: Spain (Murcia project)
📅 Timing: 2026–2027 (pre-industrial phase)
The Industrial Project Manager supports the technical and structural development of the project during the pre-industrial phase.
The role involves coordination with engineering partners, regulatory stakeholders and suppliers to ensure readiness for the future industrial phase scheduled from 2028.
Operations & Maintenance Team (Future Industrial Roles)
Location: Murcia, Spain
📅 Timing: Post-August 2028 (industrial ramp-up phase)
Following the commissioning phase, Powerland Green Energy will progressively deploy its on-site operations and maintenance teams to support continuous industrial activity.
These roles will ensure the efficient operation of the facility, including process monitoring, equipment maintenance, safety compliance and production performance.
Recruitment will be conducted progressively, in alignment with plant ramp-up and operational requirements.
